Our Elders are Incredibly Capable

Somewhere along the way, we started believing a terrible lie—that aging means a slow decline into pain, pills, bland meals, nursing homes, and mindless TV, just waiting for family visits to bring a brief moment of joy. What?! That’s absolute insanity!

I refuse to accept this as my future. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, and I won’t stand by while society treats this fate as “just the way it is.” Aging doesn’t have to mean fading. The golden years can be full of growth, joy, exploration, and connection.

It’s time to empower our parents, our grandparents—our elders—to stand up and reclaim their lives. I will do everything I can to provide resources, access, and support, but in the end, they must choose to fight for themselves.

So go find an elder in your life. Remind them that life is still worth living, that relationships can still be mended, that growth is always possible. Together, we can rewrite the story of aging.

they just forgot, and so did we

These are my people. My roots. These individuals are inspiring, complex, intelligent, and strong. Without them, I wouldn’t be here. I fight for them—and for all elders—so they don’t face the lonely suffering too many endure.

You have the power to change this. Together, we can redefine aging and create a legacy of dignity, connection, and purpose. Stand with me

Sage Heaven

Creating community environments for seniors to heal and grow.

A group of people, primarily older adults, are gathered in what appears to be a public square or pedestrian area with tiled pavement. Some individuals are using walking aids or strollers, while others are casually standing or walking. The people are dressed in summer clothing, suggesting a warm day, and a few are wearing hats or sunglasses. The scene is viewed from above, showcasing a diverse group engaged in what might be a guided tour or a social gathering.

What worked for me can work for them too

Engaging seniors in breathwork, movement, and sensory healing activities to heal deep set emotional and physical pain.

A group of people are gathered inside a room with muted light filtering through a window. A person wearing a face mask and a red jacket sits on a plastic chair while interacting with a seated woman. Other individuals in the room are engaged in conversations and appear to be involved in a community activity. The walls are bare and some writing is visible. The setting gives the impression of an informal communal space.

Art for Change

I am pouring out my heart and soul through my art to raise funds to give brave seniors the chance to reimagine their lives.

A multi-level indoor space with modern architectural design elements, featuring a series of curved walkways and planters with small trees. Water cascades down a central column surrounded by a large circular seating area. People are seated and standing around the space, engaging in various activities such as talking and using smartphones.
