When you find things out about yourself, do you accept it -good or bad- with an open mind and an open heart? I sure do try to. Sometimes it takes time. It is hard, but possible. Possible I say, without a doubt in my mind.

How many of your beliefs about yourself are societally informed?

Do you feel in your heart, in your soul, in your essence that- … Are you trying to?

I am on the way to meeting Clarissa. She is quite a woman, complex, dynamic, multifaceted, ever-changing. I reach out to touch her hand, I am with her, I know her, and she holds me. But her train was only stopping at the station, and she is off again. And in the aftermath, I see that I didn’t know her quite as well as I thought. And in her wake, a trail of flower petals. I follow, preparing for the day I am brave enough to ride alongside her. For now, I walk, I bike, I drive. Maybe by the time I catch up, the time of the trains will have passed. So, we will sail, or ski, fly. No matter. With her, I will be; on an adventure of a lifetime.
